I had ordered some keys for replacement which were on backorder with EasyKeys. I called the vendor directly and they had the keys available to ship. I called EasyKeys to cancel the order and was told that I could not cancel the order. I told the receptionist that the keys I ordered form them were twice the price from the vendor direct. She said that is the price they charge due to special order. As a business owner and dealing with vendors directly if they have a item on backorder I can easily cancel them without any charges from them. If I had known the keys were on backorder with EasyKeys before placing the order I probably wouldn't have ordered them. Always go directly with the vendor before placing orders with other companies. I now have plenty of keys that I won't need to replace for a life time.
