I replaced my two cargo latches (on my Grand Design trailer) with these open box/refurbed units and they worked perfectly. No problem with installation. Still happy a year later. At the time, I could get the locks keyed to my main door's RV lock so one key takes care of everything. Definitely a Happy Camper!

i purchased 4 locks. 1 lock fit perfectly. the other 3 do not fit my trailer even though the website says they would. did not realize that the open box policy does not include refunds. stuck with 3 useless locks.
The locks are of good quality but the **** heads break off easily and I had to drill out a couple. The Bauer locks I replaced were threaded and much easier to install. Please consider this for future design. I replaced 6 locks on my 2020 Northpoint 5th wheel. The lady I spoke to when I ordered was very helpful in key matching to the main door I had got from you a couple of years ago.

It was too big for my door. Although most handles for RV’s are universal I think, I would recommend most likely if I could try it and or install it its a paper weight to me if I email the company and they end up telling me I wasted my time and money
