Replaced our membrane yesterday on our 2018 lock. It would have been super easy had it not been for the 2 stripped factory installed screws. I am guessing they are installed with a machine. Once we got those out (had break the cover around one) it was really easy. We love our RV Lock and recommend them often!
I am CERTAIN I ordered this key pad membrane properly but when it arrived….it was reversed(as pictured)! I know I ordered the one I require as it was rite in front of me when the order was placed. Mine is a “Left” curve! Is there anything you can do for me?

Very happy with delivery and ease of installation.
Second one I've replaced over like 12 years but we live in Las Vegas and the keypad is in the sun even at night ;) We like out RV Lock so much we stole it off our old camper before we sold it and swapped it to our new one. 2 sticker pads and 4 or 5 battery changes over the years but it just keeps working! Love it.
