Returns & Exchanges
Standard Return Policy
RVLock is very committed to customer satisfaction. Your purchase can be returned to us anytime within 30 days of the original purchase or delivery date, whichever comes last.
Once we have received your returned item, undamaged and including all parts, a full refund of the purchase price, excluding all shipping costs, will be credited to the original purchase transaction (promotional free return periods will incur no return shipping costs). Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping protection, open box, clearance, and key code matching fees are not eligible for return.
Returned items must be in the condition that you received them, nicely repackaged in the original packaging.
Bundle Deals – If a free item is given as part of a bundle deal, the free item must also be returned with the purchased product. If the free item is not returned, the cost of that item will be deducted from the return credit.

Damaged Items
Unfortunately, and despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit. If you notice that an item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. Our customer support team will work to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the situation, we may arrange for a replacement or provide necessary parts. If we require the damaged product/parts to be returned, RVLock will cover the return shipping cost in these cases only.
Canadian Shoppers – Duty & Import Fees
Due to high customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees incurred upon delivery RVLock has currently paused orders to Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused while we look into potential solutions.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we determine that damage is due to wear and tear, misuse, or failure to take reasonable care during installation or return shipping.

1. How do I know which handle will fit my rig?
You can find the correct handle for your rig by using our RVLock Fit Guide. If you’re unsure or your rig isn’t listed, our Customer Experience team can confirm compatibility for you.
2. Compact vs V4 – What is the difference between the Compact and the V4?
The Compact and V4 differ mainly in size and design. The Compact has a smaller footprint and different material construction, while the V4 uses a heavier-duty build. The Compact shares programming numbers with other RVLock products, uses a single fob pairing, and has tighter window spacing—making it ideal for doors with smaller cutouts.
3. TREK vs V4 – What is the difference between the TREK and the V4?
The TREK is our upgraded lithium-powered smart handle with a USB-C rechargeable battery, a “1-0” simplified locking interface, and an ergonomic easy-grip handle. The V4 uses traditional AA batteries, includes separate lock/unlock buttons, and is designed for users who prefer a classic keypad style.
4. Does my handle come with a mechanical key?
Yes. Every RVLock handle includes an upgraded mechanical key that allows you to unlock your rig manually at any time.
5. Is there an option with no electronic features?
Yes. Our GripLite and RVLock Max handles do not include electronic keyless entry. These are great choices for second doors or less-used doors, and they can be keyed alike to match your primary RVLock handle.
6. Why choose RVLock instead of other brands?

Yes. You can order additional handles or baggage/compartment locks at any time. If they’re purchased together in the same order, we automatically key them alike. If purchased later, you can request a specific key code so everything matches.
