One Year Warranty
Select RVLock items are subject to our 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, corrosion, and cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the lock (such as scratches or faded colors). Any damage to, loss of use, loss of time, loss of property, or similar expenses are not covered.
Note that the customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs. All warranty claims are subject to our warranty review department.
To start your claim:
Email support@rvlock.com with your original order number and photos or videos showing the issue.
Note: Please avoid sending multiple emails about the same request, as this may move it further back in the queue. We appreciate your patience and will respond as quickly as we can.
Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the handle, and accidental damage. Warranty claims are only valid for original owners and proof of purchase must be presented. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance or installation. Warranty does not cover any discontinued RVLock items.
Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your handle, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Usual wear and tear not covered by the one year warranty includes changes in color, abrasions, and general breakdown of materials over time. An example of common wear and tear include color fading from sun exposure. Some examples of accidental damage are water damage caused by power washing, rock chips, as well as damage caused by attempted break-in.
Canada Customers:
Please note that RVLock is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees incurred upon delivery. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and must be paid by the recipient. This is something we as a company have no control over.
RVLock is not liable for damage to doors, trailers, electrical, or anything in your surrounding environment as a result of using our products. RVLock is also not liable for bodily injury to yourself or others as a result of using our products. Items purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered by this one year warranty. Proof of purchase necessary.
*Please note that some limitations apply. Cosmetic damage and excessive wear and tear is not covered. Determination of what is excessive wear and tear is subject to the sole discretion of the RVLock warranty team.
