The RVLock V4 Handle is the original, heavy-duty keyless security solution specifically engineered for travel trailers and fifth wheels. Featuring full-metal construction and a durable keypad, the V4 is built to endure all elements of the open road.

This modern, teardrop-shaped handle offers an ergonomic grip and a weather-resistant, backlit keypad for effortless entry both day and night. That keyless convenience comes with flexibility: use your physical keys, enter your code on the silicone keypad, or easily press a button on your fob. For rigs with multiple entry points, each RVLock fob can be paired to control several RVLock handles.

Wish we had bought sooner for our glass doors

Fit the Lippert glass doors on our 2025 Alliance Valor. RV Lock seems to have changed their design, the latching mechanism is now attached to the inside half of the handle (https://youtu.be/NZ1shfHih9c?si=8YCjGG8DuTPbkdqO). This made install way easier and much more forgiving for glass doors. We did measure the opening in our glass and it was smaller than the dimensions given by RV Lock, still went in with zero issues.
The lock itself seems well made. Heavy and mainly metal. The only con we see is that the inside handle where you pull the door shut is plastic. It is shorter than the factory Lippert handle so you can't put as much force on it. Time will tell how well it holds up

Seems solid

The installation and setup was straightforward. I am disappointed that the lock is slightly smaller than the lock it replaced so I have paint gaps above and below the lock. Fit and finish is a bit less than desired.

Best RV Lock Invested In

Had some doubts, but I was relieved on how easy it was to install. From the included strike plates and hardware that came in the package. The lock itself is built like a tank. The lighting keypad is a plus. Extra keys to boot. The key fobs are made with real metal and not cheap plastic. Key fobs for this lock was our number one reason we purchased this unit. Fobs work like a charm. Lock is easy to program. Invest in this lock if you’re interested in buying. You won’t regret it. Just make sure it fits your model of RV. Take the time utilize the measurements given for lock install prior to purchasing. It will save you hassle and time.

Perfect fit and solid construction

Installation went perfectly. Very snug getting it in place, which was perfect because it left little slack once in place. All metal construction and has a nice solid feel. I was caught off guard to hear it talk when configuring the unlock code and remote controls. Actually pretty cool. Working flawlessly so far and an awesome improvement over the old lock. I’m most pleased with knowing no one can get into our camper with just a standard generic camper key.

Best lock for RV

Seen great reviews about this lock. And after learning most RVs can be open by other keys I know I had to change my locks.
