SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & AUTO-RENEWAL POLICY

This Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal Policy (“Subscription Terms”) governs all subscription-based purchases and “subscribe and save” programs offered by RVLock & Co., LLC (“RVLock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these terms.


1. SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM OVERVIEW

RVLock offers certain products on a subscription basis (“Subscription”), allowing customers to receive recurring shipments at a selected frequency.

Available options, pricing, and delivery frequency will be clearly presented at the time of purchase.


2. RECURRING BILLING AUTHORIZATION

By enrolling in a Subscription, you:

  • Authorize RVLock to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Agree that charges will occur automatically at the selected interval (e.g., monthly, quarterly)
  • Acknowledge that your subscription will continue until canceled

Charges will include applicable taxes, shipping, and any disclosed fees.


3. PAYMENT PROCESSING

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment processors
  • RVLock does not store full credit card numbers
  • If a payment fails, we may:
    • Retry the charge
    • Notify you to update your payment method
    • Pause or cancel your subscription if unresolved


4. SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

You may manage your subscription at any time by:

  • Change delivery frequency
  • Update payment or shipping information
  • Cancel your subscription


5. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle:

  • Cancellation must be completed before your next billing date

Once a charge has been processed, that order will be fulfilled and cannot be canceled.


6. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Subscription orders are subject to our standard return policy.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Charges already processed prior to cancellation
  • Shipments already fulfilled

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.


7. PRICE CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time.

If pricing changes:

  • We will provide notice where required by law
  • Continued use of the subscription constitutes acceptance of the new price


8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may:

  • Substitute a comparable product (with notice), or
  • Pause or cancel the subscription


9. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Subscription discounts (e.g., “subscribe and save”) may:

  • Change or be discontinued at any time
  • Apply only while the subscription remains active


10. TERMINATION BY RVLOCK

We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions at any time for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud
