I bought one that faded after a year. RVLOCK knew what happened and sen me a replacement immediately. We have had our door lock for 7 years without one issue except changing the membrane. Excellent upgrade for any RV.
So easy to replace!
After being covered for the winter, the keypad membrane dulled and had lots of dots and nearly unreadable. RV Lock provided great customer support and sent me a new one..
Received membrane timely. Appears to be good quality as opposed to original piece. Showing old inferior one.
Tv lock is the BEST , I had a Leo pad that was made for a left hand door and needed a right hand one and RV lock handled the call from start to finish in less than five minutes. Sent me a tracking number with the new keypad in transit within an hour. Best company ever I actually have an enclosed trailer and the camper and they both have RV locks nothing but the best customer service is amazing
