To be honest I was less than thrilled with the product after only 18+ months of use. The key pad cover on the original lock was peeling and flaking off the lock set. I reached out to RVLock and found out about the upgrade key pad. Then due to a new email system at RVLock my emails were lost, I was able to reach them and they really stepped up and provided excellent service. I received the new key pad within 5 days of ordering and I installed it in under 15 minutes. The results are amazing. The look is so much better and easy of installation was great. I would highly recommend RVLock.

We have two compact locks on our trailer and have replaced the original keypad covers twice in 3 years. These upgraded keypads, fit great, look better, light up better, feel good to the touch. These are definitely designed to last.
Took about 15 minutes per lock to replace and the installation instructions were very easy.

It was straightforward. The QR code was for a different model handle but it was close enough. I'm glad a new gasket was included. A bit pricey for what you get but hopefully I will never need to replace it again.

Replacement was easy, and new keypad fit perfectly. Looks much better than its predecessor, and works flawlessly.

Worked as said, I’m I went for the upgrade.
