Replaced our membrane yesterday on our 2018 lock. It would have been super easy had it not been for the 2 stripped factory installed screws. I am guessing they are installed with a machine. Once we got those out (had break the cover around one) it was really easy. We love our RV Lock and recommend them often!
I am CERTAIN I ordered this key pad membrane properly but when it arrived….it was reversed(as pictured)! I know I ordered the one I require as it was rite in front of me when the order was placed. Mine is a “Left” curve! Is there anything you can do for me?

Call RV factory.They told me it was under warranty lifetime and send me a free replacement.Great service
Have not had a chance to install yet, waiting on a calm warm day figured that would get the best results !!
