Replaced the old one due to the key pad falling apart. New one fit perfectly, programming was easy and the new key pad is a much better design by far!!
The top tumbler assembly started to partially come out in the new lock, but after pushing it back in, I haven't had any issue, maybe was not fully seated during production, but all in all a great product!

First impression when the lock arrived was how nicely it was packaged.
Simple as removing old lock, following the easy instructions and it's installed.
Easy programming for lock code and fobs.
10 minutes later I'm done.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars stars was because of the door handle on the inside.
Seems to be very thin paint. I thought a few spots had dust on it. But I was seeing the metal under the paint. Not a huge deal as it appears the handle is aluminum. No worry for rust.

I ordered a Ver 4.0 RV Lock for my fifth wheel back in 2019. Have had no problems until this week, my batteries went bad over the winter this year as I heard the beeps and figured I would replace them in the spring. My bad, blue corrosion near the contacts. I figured this was my fault and bought the little silver contacts and set about to re solder the wires. Did not solve my problem, Lock would not work as the blue corrosion got to the little battery circuit board. Called support and spoke with nicest young lady named Maddie. She is sending me a new circuit board and the little numbers sticker as it has started cracking from the sun free of charge. An outstanding service/support for my 5 year old Lock. The lifetime warranty is great even though I expected I would have to pay for the parts from my own negligence. Buy the RV Lock you won't regret it. Than You RV Lock, a great American made company.!!

We got an RVLock recently for our travel trailer. It arrived quickly after a painless online purchase transaction. Installation was a breeze! Just a few screws out, then back in and the OEM was gone with this substantially built, very high quality replacement installed in its place. Easy directions to follow for programming the new code, as well as a great app that allows us to use our smart devices to lock and unlock the door remotely. Worth the money.

I'm really glad we finally bought the RV lock V4.0 after months of looking and comparing. We are remodeling our 96 Holiday Rambler Aluma-lite and wanted something more modern and secure. It was fairly easy to remove the old lock and install the new one. We had to trim the inside of the door but that was because of how they manufactured the doors back then. It works great and we couldn't be happier!
