Love the concept. Absolutely did not work for my gulf stream class C. Wish it had. Measure well, and leave room for the door frame, on both sides.

The grab bar became a necessity as I came to realize that no one going in/out of our RV new where or what to grab to open/close our door. The only reason it is not a 5* is because the instructions don’t mention that when measuring your door to set the length on the grab bar that you need to consider the depth of the handle so it doesn’t hit the door trim which keeps the door from opening. Going on the inside it simply says to measure the width of the door, but doesn’t mention either that the door needs to be closed so that the handle fits inside the trim around the inside of the door. Once set though this is an absolute necessity for our family so we don’t cause any damage to the screen door by grabbing it anywhere as it may cause the door to bend out of shape. Great idea RVLock!

For the most part, we just use it for a handle to shut the screen

Finally got around to add the crossbar open the damage box and only the cross bar in box (no screws or drill bit).the cross look like it will be great addition to my camper, just can’t install it before my first trip of the summer.
