I give the replacement part 5 stars. However, when replacing the membrane I had to drill out one of the screws in the back plate that holds the keypad in, because it was tightened so much at the factory that I rounded it out while trying to loosen it. This explains why in the replacement procedure they tell you not to over tighten the screws! I did not think to get a picture while it was open. The rest of the replacement procedure was trouble-free.
Works great better than sticker. Easy to install. Rvlock fast shipping and great product.
I bought one that faded after a year. RVLOCK knew what happened and sen me a replacement immediately. We have had our door lock for 7 years without one issue except changing the membrane. Excellent upgrade for any RV.
