Locks did what we wanted

The cam on the back will not work on a standard travel trailer door. We had to buy another cheap set of locks just to get the offset cam that would work. It is nice to have everything keyed the same though. Overall, happy with the locks.

Hi Ben!

Thanks for reaching out! These latches are designed for the standard door thickness but there are so many variables in RV's so they do not work for all of them. We do have the dimensions posted on the product page so you can verify that they will work with your rig. We are also working on creating new key latch sizes that we hope to have available soon. I am glad you were able to get these ones to work for you! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

See ya on the road!

thumb latch

Unfortunately the thumb latches did not fit our 2026 Brinkley as the door sizes are not the same on both sides of the rv. The quality of the latches were great and we were excited when we received them, unfortunately they did not fit.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you liked the quality of the latches, and we’re sorry they didn’t fit your 2026 Brinkley. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to help you in the future!

Not useable

I purchased 1 to test fit before replacing all existing thumb latches. The cam latch makes this thumb latch unusable. A 1/2" offset latch should be included or offered. Otherwise I would have purchased 10 instead of 1.

Hi Mario, we're sorry to hear the RVLock Thumb Latch didn't meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback about the offset latch and will pass it along to our team. Thank you for trying our product. And feel free to reach out for anything else you may need!

Look awesome fit great and keyed alike. Now noone with the same key can get in

Never received

Ordered new locks and latches. The latches were not included and customer service has not gotten back to me after a few weeks.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize that the latches were missing from your order and, even more importantly, that you did not receive a timely response from our product support team. We’d appreciate the opportunity to make this right and ensure the missing latches are addressed as quickly as possible. Please reach out to us directly at support@rvlock.com with your order information so we can look into this and resolve the issue.
Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to correct this.
