RVLock Atlas Decal

Lock came broken. They shipped a new cam shaft on March 31st and I never received it. I left an email with customer service and did not hear back from them yet.

This decal should have been included with the lock as it looks terrible without it. Decent product, terrible customer service. When I suggested that it should have been included, or that the website should at least let you know that the lick is not a direct replacement without the decal, I was blown off. Amazing that a company would lose good will over a $6 sticker.

The decal is great for cleaning up the look around the edges after installing the new atlas lock if the new one is a little smaller then your old handle. I do feel like it should be included in the kit or a discount given for the shipping if you have to purchase after the fact.

Installed the Atlas handle/lock on our Thor 2021 FE. Very nice product and a very simple installation. Still need to add the decal.

Wish it was thicker but seems adequate. I would suggest though making the backing clear to allow for easier alignment.
